To view the cost and booking information for a session please click on the name of the workshop, or accelerated learning share module for more information.

Duration: 3-Day Workshop (can be broken into 1-Day components)

Venue: Typically off-site location but can conduct inside your company location 

Attendance: Up to 16 people per workshop (minimum 5-8 recommended) 

Cost: there are two options, for both options we arrange and pay for the costs of our own travel and accommodation.


Option 1 [3-day T3 Strategic Thinking Workshop]:

We charge a set fee for the workshop. This fee is based upon a 3-day format. The Strategic Thinking, Innovation and Leadership objectives and interactive dialog are completed off-line by the primary leader or customer contact prior to the workshop.
Cost = $7500.00 Plus materials, travel and accommodations


Option 2 [1-day T3 Strategic Thinking Workshop Element]:

This fee is based upon a single day format of any single component of the 
3-day workshop material. The Strategic Thinking, Innovation or Leadership objectives and interactive dialog are completed during the workshop.
Cost = $2500.00 Plus materials, travel and accommodations


Contract approval: ½ workshop costs must be provided prior to or at the time of the session. Remaining ½ costs to be billed within 30 days.

Cost: $2500.00 per workshop - plus $300.00 for HBDI™ Personal Profile per attendee, plus travel and lodging - plus venue hire if required, special company discounts available. If Team Profile is requested an additional $500.00 is required. All Profiles must be completed no later than 1-week prior to workshop by completing the HBDI™ survey.

Option 1 [1-day Think-tion® Workshop]:
We charge a set fee for the workshop. This fee is based upon a single day format. The Thinking-to-Action focus statements and interactive dialog are completed by the participant's during the workshop.
Cost = $2500.00 Plus materials, travel and accommodations


Option 2 [2-day Think-tion® Workshop]:
We charge a set fee for the initial workshop. This fee is based upon a two day format. The Thinking-to-Action flows and specific Business Value statement development are completed collaboratively and off-line by the innovation team leader prior to the workshop.
Cost = The fee is $5000.00 plus materials, travel and accommodations 

Contract approval: ½ workshop costs must be provided prior to or at the time of the session. Remaining ½ costs to be billed within 30 days.

Option 2 [2-½ days THINKn Synergy Workshop]: 
We charge a set fee for the workshop. This fee is based upon a two ½ day format. The problem definition and focus statement development are completed collaboratively and off-line by the innovation team leader prior to the workshop.
Cost = The fee is $7000.00 plus travel and accommodations

Duration: 3 Day Session

Venue: Typically conducted at the Sheraton Universal hotel located in Universal City California. Secondary sites exist in San Francisco and San Diego California. If requested we can conduct the Academe inside your company location to minimize travel time and costs. 

Attendance: Up to 15 people per AIA session (minimum 5 participants) 

Cost: There are two options - For both options we arrange and pay for the costs of venue location and participant lodging. A large Sheraton meeting room is located at the hotel which will be used for all sessions. A light breakfast and afternoon snacks are provided along with all session tutorials and materials.

Option 1 [3-day Accelerated Innovation Academe]:
We charge a set $19,500.00 USD fee for the Accelerated Innovation Academe. This fee is based upon a three day format with the customer providing a minimum of 5 participants with the AIA session conducted at one of the three California locations identified.

Option 2 [3-day Accelerated Innovation Academe]:
This option is conducted at “your” location and a facility provided by you. We charge a fixed fee of  $7500.00 USD fee for the Accelerated Innovation Academe plus travel, ground transportation and lodging expenses. No min. number of participants but maximum of 15 unless negotiated with a 2nd RPLC representative.

Contract approval: ½ AIA costs must be provided prior to or at the time of the session. Remaining ½ costs to be billed within 60 days.

Duration: 5 Day Program

Venue: Typically off-site location but can conduct inside your company location 

Attendance: Up to 30 people per L5 program session (minimum 5 participants) 

Cost: There are two options - For both options we arrange and pay for the costs of venue location if requested. Participant lodging can be arraigned but is not included in cost profile.

Option 1 [5-day L5 Leadership Programe Session]:
This option is conducted at either “your” location and a facility provided by you or at a location provided by RPLC. We charge a fixed fee of  $16,500.00 USD fee for the L5 Leadership Programe plus travel, ground transportation and lodging expenses if required. This covers all program materials and books. No minimum number of participants is required but a maximum of 30 per session. Can be constructed to sequence the sessions in any order requested and customized for executive teams.
 
Option 2 [ Five 1-day L5 Leadership Programe Sessions]:
This option is conducted at “your” location and a facility provided by you. We charge a fixed fee of  $15,000.00 USD fee for the L5 Leadership Programe plus travel, ground transportation and lodging expenses. This covers all program materials and books. No minimum number of participants is required but a maximum of 30 per session. Can be constructed to sequence the sessions in any order requested and customized for executive teams.

Contract approval: ½ L5 costs must be provided prior to or at the time of the session. Remaining ½ costs to be billed within 60 days.
