Leadership is a full contact sport which requires all team members to be at the top of their game. This means a Leader in today’s environment needs to understand and practice specific skills based on Communication, Trust Development, Contradiction and Paradox clarification and Risk and Opportunity development. Many times they will be required to be a mentor and a mentee telling the story of what a forward looking organization looks and feels like.
