Idea Portal:
The RPLC Idea Portal is an open forum for submitting any ideas that friends, participants and partners have about any subject. Any innovative ideas will be made available to anyone who wishes to see them. Participants can upload as many ideas as they want, one idea at a time. Each idea submitted is tracked by submittal number and idea theme description. Participants can submit as many ideas as they want as long as they are the participants or a groups original thinking.
Ownership of the ideas is transferred to the Rocky Peak Leadership Center upon submittal of the ideas and we will contact any collaborative idea partners who may be interested in new concepts that are novel, unique and original. Our goal is to bridge the desired connection of a new idea to a use or implementation using a 4 step method.
Step 1 – The participant acknowledges our disclaimer and moves on to the Idea Theme selection page where 12 unique theme sub-pages are identified. This disclaimer is automatically evoked upon movement from Step 1 to Step 2. Participants may wish to review our section on the background of sustainability, or the Sustainability Glossary of Terms.
Step 2 – The participant selects one of the 12 unique theme sub-pages and is transferred to an Idea Template which requests information about the problem and the idea solution.
Step 3 – The Idea Template allows a defined problem, issue or contradiction to be clearly formulated and understood. Additionally it provides the participant an opportunity to describe the new idea that solves the previous deficiency.
Step 4 – Upon completion of the required information fields in the Idea Template the participant is allowed to submit the idea to RPLC. Upon submittal the participant will receive an acknowledgement email and thank you from the Rocky Peak Leadership Center Idea Portal.
